“No Look” Fees

The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan recently revised the amount of the “no look” fee to $4,250.  For pending cases assigned to our office, where the original 2016(b) statement reflects th $3,500 fee, the increased fee of $4,250 will be accepted if: 1) an amended 2016(b) is filed with the court and approved by the debtor(s), and 2) filing of an amended Plan and amended OCP
