Changes in Judges
Per Administrative Order 24-22, the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan has made changes to the assignment of cases between Judges Tucker, Oxholm, and Hage. Effective immediately, all Chapter 13 matters assigned to Judge Oxholm will be reassigned to Judge Hage (except as noted in the Order).
