Bank Change

Effective October 1, 2025, our office will be changing banks.   The new address can be found on the main page of our website as well as on the PAYMENTS page.
The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan has entered an Admistrative Order regarding the address change and existing orders that can be found HERE, and Notices have been entered in cases reflecting the change.  Please update your records, as well as any forms and letters your office may have to reflect the new payment address.
