Online Case Information
There are two ways to view case information online: the 13Network and the National Data Center.
You can view case information for FREE on the 13Network. Select David Ruskin under the Michigan section. Click on the links below to download the 13Network User Agreement and the 13Network Manual.
Case information is also available at the National Data Center. Sign up information can be found on the home page of that site. There may be fees associated with the cost of using this site.
Both sites are updated nightly and have brief downtimes for maintenance each evening.
