Accessing Guest Voicemail
Many offices have Guest Voicemail boxes on our telephone system. The purpose of this program is
to facilitate communication between offices. It allows our staff to leave messages about cases on
upcoming dockets as they work on them without interrupting the flow of work at outside offices. It
allows outside offices to retrieve messages about upcoming cases when they are ready without interrupting
the flow of work in our office.
To access a Guest Voicemail box (or GMB) dial our main phone number at 248-352-7755.
As soon as the auto-attendent picks up the call, dial 770#.
The system will say, "Welcome to Audix. Please enter extension and pound (#) sign.
Enter the extension you were given when your TRAC account was activated.
First time users will be prompted to create a new password and greeting at this time.
The system then provides a list of prompts for leaving or retrieving messages.
