The Attorney Forum was established as a means for the legal community to get together informally to share views and issues,
experiences and knowledge, promote positive feedback, and continue to develop and nurture a camaraderie among fellow practitioners.
Chaired by Mr. David Ruskin, Chapter 13 Trustee, the Attorney Forum encompasses a group as a whole and also houses four (4)
separate issue work groups within the general membership which were designed by interested members of the Forum to incorporate
improvements in particular areas relating to Chapter 13. Listed below is a schedule and description of each upcoming meeting.
Model Plan Revision for BAPCPA:
A meeting was be at David Ruskin's office on Monday, February 19, 2007. A draft Model Plan was provided for comment from the bar.
